Orders & Payment

Orders are accepted in Korean Won (KRW). We accept payment via PortOne (Toss Payments, card) and PayPal. Payment is taken at the time of order. Prices shown on the site are final — no hidden fees are added at checkout other than shipping.

Shipping

We ship internationally from South Korea. Standard shipping typically takes 5–10 business days. Express options are available at checkout. Customs duties and import taxes are the buyer's responsibility.

Orders are dispatched within 2 business days of payment confirmation. Tracking information will be emailed on dispatch.

Returns & Refunds

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unused items in original condition. Tea products opened from sealed packaging cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.

To initiate a return, contact us via the contact form with your order number. Return shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Refunds are processed within 5 business days of receiving the returned item, to the original payment method.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
